Marriage/Domestic Partnership after Retirement
Federated retirees must be married or in a Domestic Partnership (DP) prior to their retirement date for survivor benefits to be payable to their spouse/DP. Post-Retirement spouses/DPs are not eligible for healthcare coverage.
